"Bonds that last a lifetime."
ACRIFIX®
ACRIFIX® glue is commonly used for bonding and joining acrylic materials in various applications. It is often used in industries such as sign-making, automotive, and construction, as well as in DIY projects.
1-Component solvent adhesive. Highly viscous, transparent clear, physically curing Our ACRIFIX® adhesives and other service products were developed exclusively for use with Acrylic Glass products and are specially adjusted to the properties of these materials. Any recommendations and guidelines for workshop practices therefore refer exclusively to these products.
1-Component polymerization adhesive. Transparent clear, slightly purple, viscous
solution of an acrylic polymer in methyl-methacrylate, which polymerizes on exposure to light.
Preferably for transparent edge and small area bonds of clear Acrylics Glass. Also suitable for other clear plastics such as PC or PS. For other materials, conduct prior tests

Reaction moderator for 2-component polymerization adhesives, preferentially ACRIFIX® 2R 0190. Clear, purplish, highly fluid liquid with a citrus-like odor added to polymerization adhesives in order to dampen the polymerization reaction.
To avoid bubble formation (due to shrinkage or overheating) as a result of excessive heat generation in thick layers of polymerization
adhesives. Recommended for hollow seams, prevents bubble formation at top of hollow seams.

Type of service product
Methyl methacrylate; clear transparent, highly fluid.
Application
Thinner and cleaner for all polymerization adhesives.
The viscosity required for a specific application must be determined
by trial and error. In general, adhesives should be diluted as little as
possible
